As there is no rule without exception, in case of defect of any item, we accept  your exchange or return. You will have 15 days to resend the article to us, and  you will only have to ensure that it reaches us in the best conditions. The shipping costs are our responsibility and we undertake to exchange (for an item of equal value and from the same collection) or return your money as quickly as possible.
